Maax for Windows.
The floating window that listens to your call and answers from your own knowledge. It captures the computer's audio directly — press Start and it hears both sides — and stays on top of whatever you use for the call.
After you install
Four steps to your first answered call.
01
Sign in.
Create your account in the window, or sign in if you already built an agent in the browser.
02
Pick an agent.
Choose it from the controls strip. No agent yet? Open Agents from the menu and paste your website — the window widens while you work.
03
Check the audio.
System audio is on by default so the window hears the other side. Pick your microphone and, if you use speakers, turn on echo cancellation.
04
Press Start.
The frame glows while it listens. Questions and hard moments appear the moment they're said. Press Stop when the call ends — nothing is kept.
Good to know
-

-
Ctrl+Shift+M shows or hides the window from anywhere.
-
Agents and Account pages switch the window to a wide layout, and back when you return to Live.
-
Every download is the latest build. To update, download again and run the installer over the old one.

First launch on Windows
While our code-signing certificate is being issued, Windows SmartScreen may ask you to confirm the first launch. Choose More info, then Run anyway. The installer comes straight from our own servers, and every download is the current build.
